Selected fellows will undergo a structured Field Orientation Programme and Online Classroom Programme. There will be a Residential orientation in village landscape. The broad objective of the orientation is to orient the fellows on: approach, tools, and techniques of village study; participatory approach of vulnerability and risk assessment; conducting Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Exercise; developing baseline information of villages. The programme includes technical sessions, practical exercises, and interaction with villagers to address climate change challenges. Interaction session of Advisory Committee members, mentors and fellows, where they will be encouraged to work diligently on their projects.
